Your Q is now 9 years old, and you're going to replace only one coil and plug? Are you a masochist?
Buy a couple of spare coils and a full set of plugs. Replace all the plugs first. Be sure to use ONLY OEM plugs, or you'll probably regret it. It's a lot of work to have to re-do that job because you tried to save a few bucks on cheaper plugs. Ask the guys here who have learned the hard way. Same goes for coils. Use OEM and you don't have to worry about whether the cheaper aftermarket ones are any good or will soon fail again. If you still have a problem after that, replace #1 coil and keep a couple for spares. One at a time, they will eventually go out, and if you have them already on hand, it'll be a lot easier to just replace any bad ones. If that doesn't cure your problem, get to work checking out the injectors.
Your car is, as I said, 9 years old. It is going to need parts and labor to keep it as new. Not many cheaper aftermarket parts are going to last you 9 years or more. Ask Dennis (Q45 tech) about using cheap parts. No one knows more about Q45s than he does.
