oem boost solenoid

what all needs to come out when removing the oem solenoid?

i have an evc 5 thats going in.

of the 3 vaccuum hoses on the evc solenoid, one goes to the wastegate, one to a nipple on the i/cpiping by the throttle body, and on under the plenum. (is this right?)

i was told to remove the oem solenoid anyways and run a line frmo the wastegate to the compressor. is this good info? then ill juts tap into that line for the evc solenoid.

i was loking at the oem solenoid today and not sure what all needs to come ot and what should stay.

ditch the stock solenoid and the lines associated with it. get some new vacuum lines and run one from the compressor housing/intake manfold/intercooler piping to the evc solenoid, and then one from that to the wastegate. i have never seen an EVC but i suspect thats how she works.
