Check it out, I bought this gauge cluster off ebay (Yea I know). Well, I have it now and the guy who sold it to me told me it wires into harness...I would like to wire it into my S14. He told me it was out of a 300z. It has the following guages:

Boost: mmHgOil Pressure: Kg/cm2Voltage: volts

Can any of you 300z guys tell me what I need to get a signal to these electrical guages? I have the wiring harness that attaches to it...I just need to know where to look for a signal.

boost is vaccum mesured by a boost sensor mounted to under the hood. If you dont have the boost sensor you will need to pick one up from a wreaker. I believe it is originally mounted either near the battery or near the drivers side strut tower on a z32.

The oil pressure gauge you will need a gauge sender mounted where the oil light sensor is currently mounted. and volts you can pick up from just about any hot wire on the car. prefferebly switched power [only on when the ignition is on]

UPDATE!!!

Ok fellas, I screwed up. The cluster is actually out of a S14 Silvia K's. I was wondering why it matched my S14 SE cluster so well (white face, needles matched). So I spoke with a very knowledgable fellow here recently, and he said I neeed the boost solenoid out of a s14. I suppose this is where the sensor is. Does anyone have experience here with this?
