OE Wheel Color?

Does this color have an offical name or color code?I have another set of wheels that I would like to refinish in the same color.

From what I know, it is called Ghost Silver. There's not a single paint that can make that look. The wheels are first coated in black then a light coating of silver. This gives the wheels a some what dark/slender look at night, until lights hit them, then they get bright silver. Of course during the day they are extremely bright. I have seen one paint shop here in TN who claimed to be able to reproduce this effect. Never saw a finished product.
