I just bought a new 2011 G37X sport package coupe a couple of weeks ago. I want to know if anyone else has these tires - 225/45/19 Yokohama Advan A83 on this specific model with all wheel drive. Because Infiniti are claiming these tires are all season tires but in fact these are summer tires. I live in New York so it's important I have all season tires. I called Yokohama corp to confirm these type of tires and I was told these are summer tires. False information by Infiniti website and dealership where I bought the car.

I had similar issue with being sold Hankook V4's which are "technically" listed as all-season but performance and TireRack charts show they are far from it.

Look at some ContiExtreme DWS for some snow driving but you may want to get a full winter tire in NY.

FWIW, the factory tire on the G37x is supposed to be a Goodyear P225/55R17 all-season. (nevermind, you stated sport package....)
