oe#'s stamped on stock rb turbo....what do they stand for?

Just wondering if anyone knows what the numbers stamped on the stock turbo mean?

i have stock rb20 and the number stamped on my turbo is 16V 8. and the wastegate is 240711.

That means you have a Ball-bearing turbo, not the crap journal one. The only numbers that matter are the "xxV" numbers. 16 = BB, 12 = nonBB.

what kinda turbo is it? because im not sure. I thought it was a t28. might be t25 dunno...

I bought a turbo from a jdm vg30, it has 17v on it. Does anyone know about this turbo?

Does anyone know what a 45V would be? I know for a fact its a ball bearnig turbo and that the blades arent ceramic.

Bump for knowledge... If anyone knows anything post away! is the 45v turbine in anyway different from a 16v turbo considering the one i have is i know for a fact a ball bearing.
