Are you saying that you might not buy this car because of the OEM tires that come with it?? If that's the case, get the dealer to change them out or drive off the lot to a tire dealer and get a good trade-in on the tires and get something to your liking.simon949 wrote:Well, the ETA for my 2010 EX35 is approaching and I might opt out because of all the "BAD" news about the 17" & 18" OE Dunlop tires !!!
Do any of you 2008-2010 EX35 AWD owner's have anything good to say abouthe OE Dunlops ?
I have an 08 2WD. For snow and ice I have some Michelin Xi2 snows mounted on 17" aftermarket alloy wheels. With the snows I have no troubles getting around in the slick stuff. If you look at your insurance deductible and the time associated with getting a car repaired snow tires are a bargain.simon949 wrote:What year is your EX35 ? How do they perform in ice & snow with the AWD ?
My 2008 EX Journey AWD (17" rims) came stock with Michelins, too. At least from my reading anyway, It sounds like every EX which came with 18" rims also came with the Dunlops.simon949 wrote:What year is your EX and did you buy it used because all EX35's came with Dunlops from 2008-2010 ?
Agreed!EXceptional wrote:The Dunlops are shhiitt Tires... but don't let that stop you from buying a EX35... cause the Tires don't last very long and then you'll be driving on some different Tires, real soon.
