odometer stop working

whats up guys. have a question for you guys. i just notice the other day that my odometer has stop working and i was wanting to know if you guys can give me some info on how to fix it, or should i just call up the nissan dealership and have them fix it for me.

The plastic gear on the shaft of the stepper motor that drives the odometer has a tendency to slip. I had the same problem with my 240. http://www.240sx.org/faq/artic...g.htm
