odometer speedmeter and rpm meter not working after 5sp swap s14

all three of my meters does not work. speed,odo, and rpm's kind of work u cant read the rpm's but the dial wont go past 3 thousand. im thinking of replacing my cluster but i thought id get sum advice/tips or sumthing that might have went wrong during the 5sp swap i used the write up thats on this forum and i know that theres sum wires that connect to the transmission from the cluster but i dont know wich ones the write up didnt explain it so if anyone knows please let me know thnx
