Well, at least you have that. Where I live, the only time an odometer is typically recorded is at purchase. I could buy a car, drive it for 200k miles, then replace the gauge cluster and bring it down to something reasonable -- nobody would know. I've come across a used vehicle that had it's odometer rolled back 100,000km!
I asked for his Aircare report to see if it has emissions problems, of course he said it's been thrown out. I went to the Aircare website, typed in the VIN and noticed a big roll back 5 years before.
