Odometer issue

Just bought a 2003 Murano. The guy I bought it from said it has a new Computer. The Odometer read around 101,500 miles when I bought it and now roughly 350 miles later it reads 101,571. I looked last night and did see it move from 101,571 to 101, 572
but this morning it is back to 101,571. Any suggestions?

Actual I have been monitoring this for a week now and I do not think there are any issues. I think I just remembered the wrong numbers. Everything appears to be working just fine.

Leave it alone, If you sell the car you could say it has the many miles on it.
