Odometer beeps, resets to all zeros for 10 seconds

I've taken my Rogue in to the dealer, even they can not be absolutely sure what the issue is. They have some ideas, but have never heard of this issue before. The odometer beeps once, shows all zeros for about 10 seconds, they goes back to the current reading. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm close to 65K miles now.

Read the first thread above I linked to: The beep might be the dimmer control reaching it's min or max setting (it beeps to tell you). It could an issue with the dimmer control knob. Try operating back and forth a few times. It's possible the knob is stuck or has an intermittent contact.

If that doesn't work, then you might have to replace the entire gauge cluster. Not a cheap proposition.

Mine does the same when ever I change the dimmer/brightness knob. It scared me the first time it happened, but luckily in 10 seconds, everything returned to normal.
