Kinda surprised he isn't in jail for sexual assault or something. I guess that guy doesn't know what the word "frivolous" means...

But if he has an issue, it would be with his parents, as they were the ones who ultimately decided to have the procedure done after he was born.

The prison inmate needs this mans device. I saw this on TLC's strange sex show and thought it was interesting. Him being circumcised and disgruntled he created a device ingeniously named the "Tugger". It looks truly painful in how it stretches the remaining foreskin. But for most it's the only option.
