odd shaking

this has only happened a few times, but everynow and then if i stop somewhat quick and hard the car shakes. after its come to a complete stop anyway. the rpms go down to about 500 then go back to 700 i dont get it. the timing should be right, im wondering if it could be a clogged injecter or manifold. rumor has it my intake manifold is a lil clogged with carbon. any ideas?
