Odd Shaking Problem

For some time now I've been having this weird shaking problem, where the car will vibrate and make an accompaning noise. The strange thing is that it only happens at really low speeds (5-15 km/h).

My rear rotors are a little warped, but this happens whether I'm on the brake or not. So I think thats out.

I thought it might be the driveshaft, but I would assume that would vibrate MORE at higher speeds. So that's out.

Anouther aspect is that my shifter will also vibrate quite a bit, whether I'm in gear or not.

Uh, you answered your question. Change the rotors if they are warped.

I said that it even shakes when I'm OFF the brake. And the shaking is way too much for rotor warpage.

Yes warped rotors will do that. Change the rotors and then see if it happens.
