odd noise

so finally got my Z on the road again. I have noticed a quite annoying noise coming from underneath the car. If I rev the engine in neutral there is a chattering/ rattling noise you can hear as the rpms drop. While driving if I am in gear and on the throttle there is no sound but when i release it and coast in whatever gear the sound rattle is present. if i am in gear and driving then release the gas and push in the clutch at the same time the rattle comes only for a slight second as the rpms drop and then stops. i can also slightly hear the noise when accelerating slowly in first gear. When i put the car on jacks and turned it on and revved it to see if i could tell where it was coming from it almost sounded like it was coming from inside the transmission but i could not tell for sure. i recently replaced all clutch components, exedy 3 puck clutch, chromoly lightweight flywheel. if anyone knows what this ugly sound could be let me know.

sounds exactly like the problem im having

im guessing its the gears in the transmission itself if you say its being heard from the transmission
i havent got under to check it out yet, in the car I figured it was coming from the clutch area
