Odd Noise

Got a problem...when ever my wheel is turned at all to the left, even the slightest bit, i hear this noise that sounds like air is sputtering out of something like in real short bursts. It doesn't happen whens its turned to the right, only the left. Almost like if air was coming out of your tire and you heard it as it went around and around. But thats not it because I just got new tires and they aren't losing air. If anyone knows what this could be let me know. Thanks!

comin from the tire or from the steering rack?

if it is happening only when the car is moving check your backing plate see if its rubbing the rotor.
