so I finally came across some money ordered a brand new walbro 255 I'm still waiting to get here. anyways I had the car dyno'ed to see what it was doing and timing is perfect. I made 117hp at 4500 rpms hahah. we checked fuel pressure and it was 20 psi. I had checked a few weeks ago it was 43 at idle which I hear is what it is when the vaccumn to the fuel pressure regulator is disconnected, but mine is connected so thats confusing. we clamped the return line and my fuel pressure shot up to 45 psi and I made 180ft lbs of torque and 164.4 hp at 4400 rpms car ran great and it was running completely lean before. so what could cause my fuel pressure to be the problem is it possible theres a clog or kink in the line or the regulator has gone bad. I'm about to go check voltage to the fuel pump I'll post the results afterwards

sooo I put in the new walbro 255 and now the car runs great doesn't sputter at all its been slowly getting better since the dyno I believe there was a clog or something and when we clamped the return line enough pressure built up to unclog it . but thats just my 2cents.
