So when i start my Z cold in the morning (its TT btw) the idle is around 2000 rpm it doesnt seem right to me but i could be wrong.. Now when its warm SOMETIMES it idles around 1100 rpm then sometimes 700 it could be i just wasnt paying attention but idk. i have the idle screw all the way clockwise (lowest) and i did it properly i also have a lightweight flywheel from xtd with a stage 2 xtd clutch (12 lbs). so is this the normal idle and if not is there a way to fix my problem?

When its cold outside, it idles at a higher RPM until the engine starts to warm up. For a stock program, the base idle is ~700 I believe once its warmed up. You don't want the idle screw all the way in, or you run the risk of stalling out when your revs fall because it can't provide enough air.

Make sure you didn't just turn the idle screw, you have to remove a connector as well:

I would also test and adjust your TPS:

Ahh that explains why after i do a hard pull to lets say 120..i stalls out an yes i did unplug the connector...hmmm
