I'm a little stumped, my logs in one place show 60% duty cycle at 10:1 AFR around 4800RPM then in another place at around the same RPM I see 75% DC at 16:1 AFR.

Can anyone think of any reason why?
Wideband O2 glitch, air in the fuel? I don't know!
I thought I might be running out of injector, but the DC should be higher, like 100%. lol

Unless there's another factor here, maybe injector lag time? Again, I'm not sure.

What are the load values at the different points? Feel free to send me a log and your and your rom if you want me to look it over. Moving this to the tuning forum.

Got it figured out. Two fold issue.

It would seem that my fuel pressure was at 70PSI and not 60PSI like it was supposed to be, which means that the management thought it was a 528cc/min injector when in reality it was 570cc/min. Not really a BAD thing, but the controller didn't know and that's too much pressure for these injectors (at least more than what I want to put to them).

AND it would seem that when my fuel level is lower than 1/4, the pump pickup gets partly uncovered and sucks up a little air, causing a drop in fuel pressure and it goes lean until I decel.
Annoying, but I can't keep a full tank at these prices! lol

I'm still maxing out 528cc injectors with a T25g at 12PSI though!

Good that you got it figured out. What fuel pump are you using that you're maxing those injectors? You are pretty much at the top end of the efficiency range for the turbo anyway.

It's a Bosch 023, basically an intank version of the 044.

All things being equal, I should be at or near the supposed 280whp max that people have been able to squeeze out of a T25.
I really need to get on a dyno and find out.
