Every time I come off boost I hear this odd fluttering sound. Kind of like a squeek followed by a whhitt, tit, tit, tit sound. I have a 1G DSM BOV that is working. The recirc hose is a little smaller at 3/4" ID but I'd think it should suffice.

Could it be that this BOV just can't handle the T04E 50 trim and the compressor is surging despite it?

Not likely, the outlet is about the same size as the Type RS, and it handles it just fine. At an idle, it likes to flutter, and I think that is probably all this is.

Changed BOV hose to larger 1/4" hose. Sounds better but still flutters a bit. I think it is the WG fluttering.

WG shouldnt flutter...I bet it's the BOV.
