Odd Coolant Leak from back of engine

Have had a small coolant leak near the rear of the car and could not pinpoint it for awhile.

Oil looked good, no milky stuff. Coolant looked fine with no oil/water mixture. All visible hoses looked good, could not see or feel any leaks. When I get under the car I could see a small trail of coolant coming near the firewall area and making its way to the oil pan and leaving a small quarter sized patch nightly after driving.

So I did some searching and came upon this thread

Looks like it could be a clamp or a gasket. I guess when I have the valve cover gaskets done I'll get this done as well along with the PCV valve.

Make sure the hoses are tight on the passenger side at the rear of the engine. Though I had the crossover lek and it was a loose clamp.

The crossover pipe can leak -- it's a big job -- make sure before having it done. Do some research on the issue so if you do need for it to be replaced you get it done correctly. The pipe can be the problem -- not just the seal.

I believe it's recommended to replace the thermostat while it's open. The Path has two and the back one is a pain to replace.

Seems it can be quite a pain to do. I might just let it go for now until things get worse or bite the bullet and just let the shop do it along with a new thermostat and gaskets.

This sounds like the coolant leak issue I just had, which I had repaired at the Nissan dealer. See my post below.
