Alright guys this is for my brother's vert that has been a nightmare ever since day one. I will try and break this down into the problems as best I can to make it easy to read.

First the car wasn't firing on all 4 cylinders a quick diagnostic showed no resistance through the fuel injector, i popped in a spare and all was well, or so we thought.

The car seemed to be down on power and not exactly in tip top shape, it would bog up hills and never really quite perform up to potential. I ran a leak-down test and found a huge percentage of leak through the exhaust valve, well we figured a refresh of the spare head and a new head gasket would do the trick. We replaced everything.

The engine is perfectlycam/ignition timed, we are getting 180 PSI across the board. I am getting spark and fuel, but for some reason cylinder 4 is still not working.

I replaced the ECU, I bought refurbished injectors from deasch werks, to replace the mis matched set of garbage i found lyin around the garage.

Spark plugs are reading lean, but i really just don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cliffnotes:Cylinder 4 down on power, replaced everything, same result, any suggestion?

after a leakdown we decided it wasn't important, but why would it matter if I'm getting 180 PSI across the board. I would figure that I would get some sort of power out of cylinder 4.

Leakdown was at <10% on cylinder 4, Fuel Pressure is at 40PSI, I've really exhausted all options. Has anyone else experienced this? I am at a loss...

hay man how goes....this might be your issue man...try taking out your injectors and running pipe cleaners throu the injector rail and see if you have rust particles or other debris cloging up that side of your rail..it could be sumpin is lodged inside the rail and starving your 4th injector..if nothing seems to be a problem at the rail..id then look to the intake manny and see if it is leaking in that area...and last but not least..just incase...id remove the ground from back of the block..wire brish contacts and reinstall it..just in case...thats all i can think of for now man..let me know what ya find.
