ODB II or ODB I?

When does the SR20DET become ODB II? I want to get a late model 180sx clip but dont want to be odb ii. i searched ODB and didnt come up with a single thing-wierd i know. This little detail isnt even on heavy throttle.

Anybody know?

OBD systems only come in american cars, so the clip wont be either I or II.

So that explains why it was so hard to find that info lol! So the 180sx blacktop will just have the one O2 sensor right?
