I'm starting to wonder if the laugh is due to an over stretch vir jay jay. Because there is this lady that comes in my work had about 8 kids on 8 different occasions, she laughs like that too in a way. Not as bad of course.

I believe that her laugh could qualify her to take Heath Ledger's role as The Joker in the next Batman movie... well I believe she's a shoe in because Heath isn't much competition these days and there is something about her that reminds me of The Joker.
