I think we will have some other non-Nissan folks coming down from Louisville for that too. There was one guy with a WRX that was really intersted in coming.

As soon as we decide for sure on a meeting place, I'll make sure there is something posted on maxima.org about it.

normally on tuesday nights (t&T) its not crowded at all, you can make as many passes as you want, but since the weather is good and close to end of season there is no telling, you are still goin to be able to put in plenty of runs though

Harold you gonna be there?Let me know when/if you need a ride to pick up your ride from the shop, I'm game. Then on the trip back we can race each other up those mountains on the way back.Your turboed V6 against my 32 valve V8 w/ VVT.

Should be interesting (I know you'll take me off the line but I wanna see if you can beat me in my domain..triple digits)

hey whats a good transmission cooler Fred? i see you have Hayden. how much did it cost? is it hard to install? i know you said it helps the auto's last longer, because they aren't that great on Nissan's....

Both of the large manufacturers Hayden and B&M are good.Bothhave models that fit Nissan/Infiniti's well.Sometimes they make more than one size, the bigger size you can get the better ussually.

They can be as cheap as $50 including all parts to install.

Or you can go to a shop and depending on type of shop and size of of cooler installed can be between $130 to $250

Yes its a good idea to put one in.

Even in winter they can be a good idea if you like to drive hard. Many have had fantastic results by combining frequent transmission flushes and transmission coolers to dramatically increase lonegevity of those trannies even when used very hard.

Autozone, NAPA, Pep Boys, and ushc generally stock either B&M or hayden coolers.
