Hey people i just moved out to the oc and wanted to know if there are any shops that do oil changes for a sr around here. My car is in need of a oil change pretty bad. And how much would it run me for?

Yep. We all change it ourself. And the few people who don't probably wont admit it. Any motor shop should be able to do it just buy a '91 Sentra SE-R filter for an S13 SR20DET or S14 SR Oil Filter '95 Sentra SE-R. The part numbers are 15208-H8911. Buy that filter and tell whoever changes it to use the filter you gave them nothing else. Orrrrrrr just change your own oil.

Or you could do it at a friend's house? Its just so much easier and faster to just do it yourself without the worries of these places making a copy of your key to steal your car later. I might be thinking too much into that.

try West Covina Nissan... theyre trying to get more support in the 240 area... theyre also stocking up on OEM JDM parts (body and SR stuff) too. They have a special going on right now, 4 quarts of motul 15W50 and an oem filter all for $45 (if they do it for you, I'm guessing plus the change itself).

anyways... learn how to do it yourself, its not hard really.

I hate living in a place like this. I used to do my own oil changes in a friend's garage, but with the price of gas it gets cheaper to just go somewhere closer.
