Before anyone else sees this thread, you should use the SEARCH button on the top right corner of your screen. But for the record...

1.) A strut bar is a bar that extends over each strut tower over the front (or rear) wheels.2.) It improves handling by reducing the amount of chassis flex, allowing you to take corners at higher speeds.3.)Not hard at all to install (maybe 15 minutes or so) : )4.)Haven't tried the OBX ones, but I imagine they'd be alright. Just don't buy all your performance parts from OBX or APC or other PepBoys/Autozone brands like that.

1. see above2. see above3. see above4. no. OBX stuff sucks. GEt a real bar like greddy, apex-i, stillen, cusco...there are plenty of brands with good engineering behind their products(more so than "well...lets put a bar that goes HERE, because thats what the other guys do, but elts make it cheap!") some comapanies place far more emphasis on the rigidity and lightness of the bar(which to me are the 2 major problems with most cheap bars), such as cusco and apex-i...

sooo....there ya go. I dont like OBX, but if you wanna build your car cheaply, go ahead. "you get what you pay for"-chet

Also adding one or the other will induce oversteer/understeer. If you get both it'll give you a stiffer chassis.

edit: one or the other as in front or rear :bash
