need help baaaaad. ok i have a cusco front strut bar and an obx rear lower strut bar. now i dont know how to work on cars, which i have stated b4, and this is the only help i can get!!!! SO...ho wdo i install these????

for the cusco strt bar ------ i took off the three end bolts on both sides and it wouldnt fit both sides just one side!!! so im going to wait to see if i am doing something wrong or what.

for the obx rear lower strut bar. it doesn't fit flush on both sides, but it said its supposed to fit 89-98 models???? is there a certain way to do these things. if everything goes well after i get help i will put this in the install section so others can benefit from it. thank you very muchpeace

btw at the moment oftyping this post i checked the faq section and also the link fo rthe installs page is down. i dont know who's attention i am supposed to bring this to, but i just wanted to mention it.

it may have been better posted in suspension forum. I am going to move it to there since I have never seen or installed these bars. my guess though would be if they have adjusters you need to adjust it till it setteles down. secure it to the tower bolts and then firm up the adjustment. I know the facotry bars have adjuster nuts on them.

the cusco bar should fit fine if you got the right model. most of them are direct bolt-ins like apex-i and dont have lenght adjustments, because length adjustments compromise the rigidity of the car.

as for the BOX car..well..its an OBX...what did you expect? just adjust the length until it fits, if its adjustable...otherwise contact the company.-chet
