I came across this LSD on eBay,
http://m.ebay.com/itm/161648753885
It's an OBX helical LSD. I've read many reviews on OBX LSD's and some say it's total garbage, while others say they've been using them for 2-3 years on cars that make 400-600hp. The other thing I've heard is replacing the hardware with fastenal hardware. Since these things are only $400, I'd be stoked if I was getting my money's worth. Thanks guys!

These were popular a few years back. the story was that they are a copy of the nissan CLSD but that the quality of material in the shims was lacking and they wore out quickly. There was someone who made a sold replacement shims with better quality steel that was supposed to last a lot longer but I don't think they still offer them, and Nissan quit making these parts year back. SO Yes it's decent but once the shims wear out you are kinda on your own.

Its definitely one of those deals where you get what you pay for - I could have started carrying the OBX but opted to become a KAAZ distributor instead. I didn't want to deal with the customer service headaches pertaining to the OBX's.
