Has anyone installed OBX headers on 95 240sx? How is the fit? Is OBX better than Hotshots? I'm still debating wich one to get.

I never knew OBX even made a header (it isn't plural, there is only one header on an I-4)...but I wouldn't trust it. I've heard bad stuff about their other products, ie shortshifters. HOTSHOT on the other hand makes a top-notch 4-2-1 header that's ceramic coated and will never rust (I know, I had one for a year).

OBX is like APC in my opinion, only a little better.

As with everything, you get what you pay for. Go with the name-brand in this case.

Is your check engine light on with the header installed?

Yes, it did. Fortunately I have an OBD reader that erases the code. I've long since gotten rid of the header though :)

you can erase the code with the ecm, so that's not an issue to me. Have you replaced it with another header or factory exhaust. The reason I ask is that i would like to get a hotshot myself, but i am worried that with OBDII, i would get CEL's all the time.

Have you ever owned a header from obx, or is this just a blanket statement?

this is a blanket statement. to me it is very suspect that thier short shifter is like $100 cheaper than anyone else's. you get what you pay for. hotshot has probably been around longer, if I were you I would look for more options.
