I was thinking about purchasing an OBX header on Ebay for my Zenki, does anyone else have an OBX header? Notice any difference?? How's the quality? Would u recommend them? appreciate any help.

I have friends that use this header, (I have the DC sports though). For the price it makes relatively good numbers on the dyno. It is also an imitation of the 3rd generation Hot Shot header. For the price it is an O.K header, not the best IMO.

I have OBX on a 91. Love them. Perfect fitment, huge increase in top-end when my piping was complete.

i have one on my 95...huge top end gains...i suggest to buy it...way cheaper than the dc or hotshot...fitment is great except you have to bend your egr to fit..with obx 4-2-1 header, injen intake, 2 1/2 exhaust and denso plugs i dynoed at 151.2 horsepower to the wheels

That's pretty good (150horses to the wheels) from just boltons. What r u running on the 1/4? Thanks for the opinion guys. Does it bolt up fine with the stock exhaust? And if i decide to bolt on a 3inch exhaust would it work?

well last wed. was the first time i ever got on it...i ran a 15.32 at 94...my o-60 ft. sucked at 2.41...i'm going again on wed....if i have a better launch and get my 0-60 to a 2.1 i should be in the high 14's....you can use the 4-2-1 with stock or 3in...bc it bolts up to your cat. converter...

OBX headers fitment is great! I have them going to a 3inch HKS exhaust... I have not had a chance to Dyno but it would be interesting..

is the bending of the EGR necessary on every OBX header?Do other manufacturers require EGR bending as well?

Oh lol, the pic was taken to show someone that PS line I need... haha I just reused the pic.

Anyway I don't know about the EGR thing... I took mine off because we don't have emissions in florida..

We have a OBX header on the daily beater 240. Its great, excellent fitment and a great growling sound to it. Now if my bf would just fix the exhaust leak.....

Big T dawg, i bet if u get some type of LSD u could probably run in the High 14s with some sticky tires. i might just run on bolt-ons for awhile (after seeing what it does to your KA) and save some money on gas...Do u autocross? Does the cat and header make the KA lose important low end power for autocrossing??

never tried autocross...would like to though...i have a friend who gets unlimited drag radials for 15's for free so i'm going to by some stock wheels over the summer and see what i can pull

the ka's love the 4-2-1 design for some reason...i did see a little gain in my 4-1 but the 4-2-1 was out of the roof...
