ok so my 90 240 needs a new exhaust, will the OBX cat back exhaust made for the 95 and up 240's fit on my 90 with a ka24e? I ask because i know someone who is willing to part with a new obx exhaust for cheap.

No because cat back exhaust are chassis specific, the exhaust are different on 95 and up than 90-94, basically different cars.
