Say this on E-bay and I know there is alot of crap turbos. Is this one of them? I like the way the manifold looks other then the non standard t3/t4 flange. I also thought I read somewhere that OBX was made in USA is ther true? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...37081

When that OBX stuff craps out on you, you're going to be doing a lot of this:

i would say the manifold is worth trying, but i would get just the manifold and use a good turbo with it - i believe i have seen that manifold for about 300 on ebay before

Just a side note guys -

OBX has a lifetime warranty on these turbos. A few guys from Honda_tech have been running the ball bearing ones with good/great results.

But still if you can afford to invest in a better turbo Id highly advise you do that before buying a cheapo china turbo.

No, but seriously. I have read TONS of reviews of people that have used OBX manifolds and a ton of them crack over time.

Don't buy it.

A buddy of mine was running one for a while, but he chopped it up, re-welded it, and pre-fixed a lot of it. It worked fine for him for like 3 years. I guess you just got to know what you are getting into with these.

the only thing i can remember that was a lil off was how rough the joints were internally. the welds on the outside are pretty good though...the angles at which they cut and welded the tubes were just rough internally guess..the flow could be better in there
