So, I wondering if anyone has ever thought of this or looked into it themselves, but, when I return to the states and I get a new G, I would very much like to have it repainted in the Skyline R34 Bayside Blue. Does anyone have any idea how hard this color maybe to obtain? My plan, as it was with my old G before tragedy struck, is to probably put the Kenstyle kit on my baby and have her repainted in Bayside Blue. Any thoughts?

Im sure a good body shope could match the color or get it out of a book. Don't think it would be too hard!

You need to bring in the color paint # and thats it. Pretty much all paints(car paint, house paint, boat paint etc) start w/the same base in their category and they get different colors blends from different mix ins. Even if ts a single color the MFG can make different contrast to the same paint. When I got my grill / spoiler painted there were 3 different kinds of black to match my car. One had more red, one more yellow, and one more blue. The yellow version matched my car. The different contrasts are unnoticeable by themselves, but under close inspection you'd see it.

I love how people saying black is black. Nope there are few different blacks.

As other says should not hard to match the color. The limit is your depth of your pocket. Deeper it is the more you can get. To get a full paint job done would be pricey. I think it goes around 3-4K to get the engine bay and everything. But there is a good oportunity to put a turbo kit in it if you have to rip iyt a part anyways.

Skyline R34 Bayside Blue's paint code is "TV2".

Tell the body shop that is the paint code, and it is easily done.

Awesome, that's what I wanted to hear. Haven't seen one before, but I can only imagine that a G in Bayside Blue would be sex.
