Alright, I need your help on this. How can I get an obsessive ex off my girls back, lets just say he's gotten a little more than annoying. Threating to post *pictures* of their previous relationship on the net is far from cool with me, and believe me there will be one less idiot on this planet if he tries this.
I tried telling her this was extortion (thanks Sircnay), but she doesn't want to chance it. Being nice to him isn't working either.
Did I mention this kid is a habitual drug user and a scammer? (Yeah I wonder what she saw in him too)

Honest to god, if you scare the **** out of him, he won't do a damn thing. If he's a ****ty person, then he probably doens't have much, or any, friends IE you can do **** to him(or threaten) without worrying about 20 guys coming and knocking on your door. First off, call your local Police Department, some might go "talk" to the guy, others might tell you to eff off. Either way, its in their records that you called and complained about being harrassed(sp) by him. Then, casually go to his house with a baseball bat, glove, and ball, since its illegal to carry only the bat. Knock on his door, explain the consequences of him continuing his current actions. You haven't done anything illegal, you've gotten your point across, and if he starts swinging at you, you've got A: a baseball bat B: Record that he is bugging you on file, which makes it look as tho he's the bad guy in court if it actually gets to that(even tho he is, some lawyers might be good enough to make him the "victim").
Just be smart about it, tell him to leave her alone or else, don't break anything, and hopefully that might scare him off. If not, start sitting outside his car when he gets off work.
Blackmail is a very good thing, but he probably doesn't care, he just wants to embarrase his ex.

As far as how to keep this guy off your girl, take a cordless drill with a 3/8" bit... start in the back of his knee. Don't stop until you get through the kneecap. (The IRA version of this treatment was/is uses a handgun. Thus the term "busting a cap".)
Alternately, you can buy a couple pounds of oranges, throw them in a burlap sack and beat him down until he doesn't get up. It will only leave minor scratches and it'll show him who's boss. LOL.
But then again, he's been thrashed pretty good already. Maybe snogging his ex will be enough. Ha ha ha.

Problem with this method is you a written evidence trail to you that establishes motive in your assault and battery trial. And as far as being at his house when he gets assaulted, you're sure to be in the wrong and go to jail.
Keep it all legal. But if you chose not to...make sure you do your dirt on the low so that it can't be traced back to you. Of course its way too late for you to do anyting illegal to him now that you've started all of these forums and informed all of these people about the situation.
My advise...just ignore him and everything that he does. If he emails you, don't email him back. If he threatens, don't respond. He's gonna do whatever it is he's gonna do regardless of your actions. That's why you can't warn/threaten a stupid person. They don't listen.

Well we could set him up with my ex(well I broke up with her and she refuses to believe it) girlfriend. The habitual drug user scammer makes it sound like they would get along great. They could get married and buy a trailer and then 2 cars that don't run. And take turns visiting each other in there almost certain jail bound future.
