Will that make a huge difference considering Im placing a non On Board Diagnostics engine into an On Board Diagnostics car. I heard that the S-13 SR20DET motor will run properly in the kouki. Is this true? Some1 help my uneducated mechanically inclined *** out.

ive got a s13 motor in my obdII. Emissions is the only problem your going to run into, check your local laws, some places will be very hard to pass an obdII car with the diagnostic port not working, not sure about florida.

You two Zenki owners that previously responded did you have to alter your wiring harness in any way to make it work?

the usdm ka engine harness will NOT work with the sr s13 or s14. there is a thread here on how to wire it up also heavythrottles web site has a lot of good info. if you are not comfortable doing it your self you can always get the harness done foryou by wiring speciaties one of the site sponsors

theres like 8 or so wires that need to be modified/changed/cut/whatever to make the car run, its really not that big of a deal, all the info is out there on the web. But if you suck at the internet and suck at wiring then just pay someone for the harness.
