obd2 to obd1 question

obd2 to obd1 question
So hey I'm alex and I'm doing a auto to manual conversion on my 96 240, but I got the trans from a 1995 s14 but I also got the ecu and all that good stuff that is needed for the conversion......my question is if I were to swap the ecu from obd2 to obd1 will I need to drill any holes for the CAS??

Still need a CAS, but if you use the '95 ECU in a '96 car you'll get a CEL.
