Hey would a greddy turbo kit pass a OBD2 inspection test? I believe that is all I would require to pass inspections anyone have experience in Fairfax county, VA?

Its tricky but it can be done. Your main thing is making sure you dont have any OBD2 error codes. As long as you have no codes thrown, you should be ok. Might wana do some research on the visual test though, ask some smog techs around in our area.

I live in PWC myself. I register my car in Madison county, no emissions out of NOVA.

alright thanks, I'll do some more research and ask some testers. Somebody assured me I could pass through this one guy but I prefer not to be sketch, after all its not a huge turbo or anything.

As long as you havnt modified the greddy kit, live in cali, throwing codes, and have a good condition cat you should be good to go.
