Hi,

I want to ask about Nissan Altima (2.5l) 2010 OBD2 port protocol. Below website says it's ISO 9141 which is one of the common protocols compatible with ELM327 obd scanners and commercial HUD displays.

I tried 2 HUD displays and didn't work, then tried ELM327 to bluetooth OBD scanner "Viecar" with lot of apps like torque and dashcommand and obd auto doctor, none of them success in connection to ECU due to ECU protocol except app named "Car Scanner" with support to protocol name "Nissan consult 3 (experimental)".

Now I have 2 HUDs cannot use only in my car, I tried them on Nissan Versa and Mazda 3 2014 successfully, but no luck on my Altima 2010.

The question here, why my car doesn't support the standard OBD2 protocols even it's expected to be compatible, and did anyone with same generation faced same or different experience?
