I've been searching for this for a f***ing hour an a half. I give up. Call me a p****, but hey, I searched as hard as I could. I cant find any info on OBD2 240's.

All I need to know is how to clear the codes from my ECU. I was throwing a code 82 crank position sensor, which I believe I've fixed, but wont know for sure until I clear the code off and see if it comes back. Can anyone tell me how to properly clear the codes from my 1998 ecu?

Thanks

Well, you can disconnect the battery for about an hour..... Or spend the cash and go buy an OBD 2 reader at the parts store for less than $100 and be able to monitor your vehicle with it at the same time. How did you pull the code for the crank position sensor in the first place ?? Jumper on the OBD port ??

Later D
