OBD1 240sx

[95_Nissan 240sx]

I called the dealer today and found out that my 95 240sx is obd1. What do you think are some advantages/disadvantages about this? So far for advantages I have that its easier to pass emissions with engine modifications since I only have to pass the sniffer. And for disadvantages to install the greddy kit(that I intend on getting) Id have to get a different e-manage. What other advantages/disadvantages can you think of? Thanks

another advantage is that there is less emissions lines making the engine bay messy

the only real disadvantage i can think of is that the obd2 systems can give more codes to tell you whats wrong with your engine. But its not a huge problem.

The greddy kit will fit fine, mechanically. All you have to do is have the E-manage re-tuned.
