OBD to Bluetooth adapter for consult?

I've been curious about investing in a consult program and in order to save myself the most trouble I wanted to get a Bluetooth adapter so that I can use a consult program from my phone since I always have it on me and it would be a nice tool to carry on the road with me with little to no expense.

The issue that I run into is that most of these Bluetooth adapters and consult programs are actually built around OBD-II. Are there any made for OBD?

I have a 1992 300zx

I'm not saavy with any sort of technical or mechanical knowledge but am an extremely enthusiastic car owner so your responses will be greatly appreciated.
