I have an 2008 Altima that has 14 MPG which is really bad and i really want to know what the problem is and how i can fix it. I drive normally, usually dont go past 2.5k rpm and i go 50/50 city/hwy. The only thing i changed was the stock air filter box into an spectre air filter cone. I used an OBD reader and got these results

24.9% Load Value
Coolant Temp: 195 F
STFT: 2.3%
LTFT: -17.9%
Ignition Advance: 7.0 Deg
Intake Air Temp: 134 F
MAF air flow rate: 0.4 lb/min
Throttle Position: 4.6%
Bank 1-Sensor 2: 02S Output: 0.680V
Bank 2-Sensor 2: STFT: 99.0%

Is anything here out of the ordinary and anything I can do to improve my MPG?

The first thing to try is go back to a OEM stock air filter to see if your MPG improves.
