I bought a 1995 Nissan 240sx KA motor with JWT ecu.

I was wondering if the 95 is an OBD 1 or 2 also if my 1992 wiring harness will work with this ecu or not??

So basicly I have a 92 wiring harness and a 95 ecu and motor.. wondering if it will work together or if i am going to have to buy a 95 wiring harness??

I have the single right now boosted and have a completely built KA24DE and want to swap right in when the SOHC is blown ...

thanks for your help guys....

the s13 uses a different ecu plug than s14, so the 92 wiring harness will not work even if the 95 is obdI.

95 is the best 240sx-se to have I think... S14 and OBDI... What more could one want?

Well I think the 95 came in both OBDI and OBDII. You need to check your front o2 to see if its a 3 wire or 1 wire sensor. my 95 is OBDI... I'm not sure if I have ever heard of an OBDII 95.

Yeah, there's a good ochance it's OBD II as well....my s14 is a very early version (made in april 1994), and it still has OBD II...

It is a one wire 02 sensor... so what does that mean? OBD1? or 2? Since the 92 harness does not work ...does any know of anywhere to get one?

Find a used harness or sell/trade the ECU for a 92.

if it has 3 wires that probably means that it is heated not necesarily obdii anything past 96 is obdii the transition year was in 95.
