OBD Port still work?

Anybody know if the OBD port on the S14 still works after installation of an RB25 using the Racebread wiring guides? My friend did most of my wiring using that guide and I'm unsure to as if the OBD port still recieves power and workability. I'm trying to hook this ballin $18K scanner up to it to check all my sensors and voltages in the system.

jdm nissan motors do not use obd, so you are sol.however if the scan tool can communicate with the CONSULT protocol then it should work, but most likely it wont unless the consult wires were connected...
