OBD-II Sensor?

Does the '91 have an OBD-II sensor? I ask because palm source has a reader application for the Palm as freeware. If it does could you tell me where the plug is located. Thanks for your help.

OBDII was mandated in the '96 model year. A few models had it in '95, I don't know of any that had it before then.
