Here in oregon, if the car is 96 or newer, they only plug a scanner into the OBDII port to check for any emissions problems, thats the extent of the emissions testing

I want to use a standalone on a 98 240sx, so does anyone know something that will fool the states scanning tool into thinking that I have the stock ECU there and everything is fine?just trying to plan ahead. thanks

Here in NC, they've been doing it for awhile. July 1 our county comes into emissions. Me and my buddy have been looking into ways around things on our emission computer. Haven't found anything yet. I will post if we do.
