OBD II O2 sensor check

my OBD II checks my O2 sensors on my '02 I35 and says that sensor 2b is not functioning properly. also, trouble code p0430 keeps coming up on my computer. what should i do and where is O2 sensor 2b?

I believe that is the O2 sensor located after the Cat converter, but I am used to working with an 01 I30. Head over to your favorite parts store and tell them what you have, they "should" be able to set you up with what you need.
