im looking for a ka cuz my old one is crappy. i found a '98 with 90k miles for $300. It doesnt include a transmission though. And i hear i cant use the obd II ecu or wiring harness or the clutch or flywheel from that motor...so overall do you think its worth it to get that motor and try to change the obd II stuff to be capatable with my '90 240? or do you think i should find like a '95 ka? thanks.

Yes you can use that motor, flywheel, clutch, transmission, etc. Harness will not work. Basically swap your intake manifold to the new motor and swap your exhaust mani to it. My friend chris is rolling with a s14 ka in his s13.
